    The Candidate team will participate in all Lean Agile scrums, sprints and grooming sessions. The Candidate team will manage the progress of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product integration and development efforts. The Candidate team will ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
    The Candidate team will consult and coordinate appropriately for problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, and task clarification. The Candidate will understand the cloud environments, such as AWS or Azure.

    The Candidate team shall coordinate and collaborate with security, operations, engineering, testing and other teams to provide system information and technical support.

    The Candidate team will create, manage and update Jira tickets. The Candidate team will design, develop and modify software systems. The Candidate team willdocument and track vendor software roadmaps for software and patch version updates. The Candidate team will unit test their software and perform code reviews.

    • Designing system interfaces.
    • Hands-on experience developing Applications using the following technologies or something similar: SOLR, Elastic, Postgres, Java, Scala, RDS or spring boot.
    • Hands-on experience working with relational and non-relational database systems such as Amazon RDS, DynamoDB, and Postgres.
    • Hands-on experience with and troubleshooting of Internet and Web related protocols and technologies such as Tomcat, Nodejs, Web Services, or SSL.
    • Hands-on experience developing JUnit and Jasmine tests.
    • Testing platforms such as Jest or Karma.
    • Hands-on experience working with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Nexus
    Highly Desired Skills
    Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:


    • The Organization's suite of applications providing repository and search services that enables Organization to find the information they need.
    • The Organization's profile and alerting services that represents a "prospective search" tool that sifts through incoming stream looking for items that match a user's profile and alerts upon match.
    • The Organization's discovery and recommendation services that allows a user to discover data they wouldn't ordinarily know about and represents an information filtering system that leverages content-based approaches to discriminate between interesting and uninteresting items for a user.
    • The Organization's Pre-NLP processing pipeline to remove boilerplate text, portion marks and non-narrative content.
