- Assist in developing Project Management Plans (PMP) for assigned projects
- Provide construction management oversight throughout all project phases
- Contribute to creating and maintaining project schedules
- Aid in preparing and updating cost estimates
- Assist in developing project budgets
- Generate various reports and logs including inspector daily reports, cost tracking, submittals, RFI's, etc.
- Supervise project sub-consultants and internal support teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and dedication to meeting project requirements
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a project manager overseeing vertical construction projects
- Previous experience as a lead project manager on significant federal construction projects or programs in the last decade
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field from an accredited program
- Proficiency in CPM scheduling
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- OSHA Certification
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) designation
- Experience working with governmental agencies at various levels
- Knowledge of construction testing, inspection, and commissioning requirements

Position Summary:
