    SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER


    We are looking for a dynamic and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The suitable candidate will have a strong passion for social media, an in-depth knowledge of various platforms, and exceptional communication and analytical skills. As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our social media strategy, curating compelling content, and overseeing our online presence to boost brand visibility and foster engagement.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Shape Lovisa's social media strategy across platforms such as IG, Facebook, TikTok, etc., to address market trends, industry insights, and cultural nuances effectively.
    • Devise and implement a comprehensive social media plan to elevate brand recognition, draw traffic, and generate leads.
    • Analyze and monitor social media performance metrics utilizing diverse tools to monitor progress, detect patterns, and fine-tune strategies for heightened engagement and wider reach.
    • Keep abreast of the newest trends, tools, and top practices in social media marketing to introduce innovative approaches that keep our brand at the forefront.
    • Engage with followers, swiftly respond to comments and queries, and cultivate a positive community around the brand.
    • Collaborate with various teams like marketing, design, and sales to align social media actions with overarching business goals and campaigns.
    • Create and manage social media ad campaigns, covering budget allocation, targeting, A/B testing, and optimization to maximize returns.
    • Monitor industry dialogues and competitor movements on social platforms, leveraging insights to refine our content strategies.
    • Stay updated on pertinent legal and regulatory guidelines governing social media marketing to ensure full compliance.
    • Generate routine reports and presentations presenting critical metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in fields such as Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
    • Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager or similar function, showcasing successful social media campaigns and audience growth.
    • Thorough understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and optimum practices.
    • Strong skills in writing, editing, and communication along with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
    • Creative thinking and capability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
    • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities, enabling effective multitasking and task prioritization in a fast-paced setting.
    • Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data, extract actionable insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
    • A keen interest in remaining updated on the latest trends and advancements in social media marketing.
