    We are looking for an outstanding Executive Team Coordinator who is deeply committed to our school community, is adept at managing up, and who demonstrates a dedication to details.

    In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Team members.

    The Executive Team Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between the CEO, Executive Team, and various stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of tasks.

    This position reports to the CEO.

    WHAT YOULL DO
    As an Executive Team Coordinator at Ingenuity Prep, you will:
    Schedule meetings and manage logistics for Ingenuity Preps CEO and Executive Team members.

    In consultation with CEO and Executive Team members, prepare and assemble materials and manage logistics for all Executive Team and Senior Leader meetings; oversee appropriate follow-up after meetings.

    Document meeting notes and disseminate next steps from Executive Team and Senior Leader meetings to ensure we are positioned to move quickly and thoroughly on critical projects.

    Support the CEO and Executive Team in preparation for full Board and committee meetings and coordinate communications; support the Board in ensuring logistical and compliance requirements are met.

    Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO and Executive Team.

    Support CEO with oversight and monitoring of the schools Strategic Plan by ensuring regular updates are made and data is collected in a timely manner.

    Solicit input and finalize agendas for other team meetings and all-staff communications, as needed.
    Handle purchasing of necessary supplies and materials for CEO and Executive Team
    Oversee and coordinate logistics for specific projects or data requests as directed by CEO and/or Executive Team members.
    Provide administrative support to Executive and Leadership Team members as needed.

    Ingenuity Prep offers among the strongest compensation and benefits packages of any public charter school in Washington, D.C.

    Our compensation and benefits package includes:

    Salary:
    $58,145 - $72,907 (commensurate with 1-10 years of experience)
    100% of medical and dental premiums for employees paid for by Ingenuity Prep, along with 100% of dependent premiums.
    100% of employees short and long-term disability and life insurance plans paid for by Ingenuity Prep.

    A minimum of two weeks maternity/paternity leave, up to 6 weeks, at 100% of pay (60% from IP and remaining pay from DC Paid Family Leave ) for all staff regardless of gender.

    A 100% match up to 3% on your 401K retirement plan.
