    Position Title: Financial Supervisor

    Position Status: Full-time

    Vacancy: 1

    Location: Washington, DC

    PartnersGlobal is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Supervisor to join our team. As a Financial Supervisor at PartnersGlobal, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of various projects across the organization.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Financial Reporting & Analysis
      • Generate accurate donor financial reports and monthly budget vs actual reporting.
    • Budget Management
      • Assist in the annual budgeting process and ensure proper project expenditure management.
    • Business Development
    • Awards Management
    • Compliance Management
    • Knowledge Sharing
    • Other Support Tasks

    Key Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience in contract/grant areas with donors such as USAID, DOS, foundations, and private donors.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, NGO management, or equivalent.
