    Position Overview:

    As an Entry Level Direct Sales Associate at Summit, you will be responsible for establishing new relationships with business owners and key decision-makers in small to medium-sized businesses. Once trained, your day-to-day activities will include moving around independently in your sales territory, interacting directly with clients, and showcasing why Summit's insurance solutions are cutting-edge. Your capacity to connect, comprehend client needs, and provide solutions will play a vital role. Apart from initiating and closing sales on the spot, you will adeptly schedule follow-ups to ensure client commitment and satisfaction.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct daily in-person sales visits to small and medium-sized businesses within your territory, focusing on Business to business sales.
    • Establish strong professional relationships, build trust, and rapport with customers.
    • Engage with key decision-makers at these businesses, and arrange appointments to introduce our supplemental benefits programs to their employees in a group or enrollment-style setting.
    • Provide daily sales statistics at the end of each day.
    • Share your work schedule and objectives with the team leader at the beginning of each week.
    • Participate in business networking events in your territory to gather new leads and referrals.
    • Regularly service your existing client accounts in a systematic manner.
    • Enter business client data into the CRM on a weekly basis.

    Compensation and Benefits:
