    POSITION SUMMARY:


    We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support full cycle recruitment and successfully source, attract and hire top talent.

    This role is onsite Monday – Friday.


    KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
    2+ years' full cycle recruiting experience in a high volume, fast paced food & beverage environment
    Proven experience handling hiring for hourly and exempt employees within hospitality or related industry
    Ability to juggle and deliver on multiple open requisitions while managing hiring expectations
    Prior experience utilizing HRIS software and navigating ATS systems
    Passionate, entrepreneurial, and dedicated to success
    Superior communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal
    Able to work independently and within a team
    Great judge of character, high EQ, and hospitable demeanor
    Extreme attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
    Ability to perform and work with a sense of urgency while maintaining composure under pressure
    Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook applications.
    Ability to read and write the English language; conduct business related mathematics and analyze data
    Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
    This role is onsite Monday – Friday; may need flexibility during peak times to adjust to business demands.
    Bachelor's Degree preferred

    ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Facilitate end to end recruitment cycle for open requisitions from advertisement through offer stages
    Partner with departmental leaders and Recruiting team to support and achieve staffing objectives
    Source and attract qualified candidates, conduct interviews, establish, and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline of candidates for the future.
    Recruit for all assigned open positions and communicate timely actions and next steps with team and hiring managers.
    Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house recruiting platforms and ATS to identify the best candidates.
    Create/update job descriptions and detailed search assignments and gain an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements.
    Provide exceptional recruitment experience to candidates and full lifecycle recruiting, including special search assignments.
    Generate and screen resumes and applications, schedule applicant appointments and conduct in-depth interviews.

    Prepare candidates for interviewing with specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, background, job descriptions, and expectations.

    Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
    Ensure constant communications, and a sense of urgency with follow ups with all candidates, leaders and headhunters/recruiters.
    Utilize ATS system effectively
    Update trackers and generate reports as needed, ensuring full accuracy with consistent audits.
    Keep up to date with recruitment laws, trends, and provide recommendations
    Handling filing and ad hoc administrative work
    Maintain confidentiality of all candidate and personnel data
    Operate ethically to protect the image of the company.
    Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested per needs of the business

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


    Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

    Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
    The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $70,000 – $85,000 per year.

    The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
