- Stanford's Department of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation ("DAPER") is the premier intercollegiate athletics program in the country.
- We are seeking applicants for the position of Associate / Assistant Director of Recruiting Operations, reporting to the Director of Football Recruiting & Player Development.
- Optimize all facets of input, throughput and output to improve Football recruiting.
- Manage the year-round calendar of the prospect evaluation process, structure and expectations for the Football Coaching Staff.
- Manage parts of the Football recruiting budget and conduct cost-benefit analyses for new and existing opportunities.
- Manage the Football recruiting interns including their scheduling, supervision, and development.
- It is essential to have experience with recruiting database management software such as ACS, Front Rush, ARMS, HUDL or other services.
- This position, along with all DAPER coaches and staff, is responsible for the integrity of Stanford's intercollegiate athletics program and for the reputation of Stanford University.
