    Join CRBR as an Emergency Service Coordinator (ESC) and play a critical role in responding to real-time fire and flood emergencies.

    The ESC is tasked with utilizing CRBR's services, demonstrating strong situational awareness, and adopting a sales mentality. This position requires immediate response to emergencies, contact with property owners, and effective sales of remediation services. Additionally, the ESC is responsible for identifying and leveraging lead-generating platforms to consistently generate business.     Job Duties:

    • Available 24/7 to respond swiftly to local emergencies.
    • Provide quick response times to calls within the designated geographic area.
    • Respond to emergency property situations and all generated leads.
    • Educate consumers on products or services.
    • Monitor and interpret lead sources, including emergency notification systems.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with local emergency response agencies and the community.
    • Log job activity in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with teammates and other branches, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
    • Advocate for customer service both internally and externally.
    • Establish strong working relationships with Management, Production, Competitors, and Industry Vendors.
    • Submit accurate and timely paperwork according to CRBR's policies.
    • Adhere to CRBR's Vehicle Responsibility policy if issued a company vehicle.
    • Maintain professionalism at social events, understanding the event's purpose and acting accordingly to develop relationships and secure business.

    Physical Demands:

    • Regularly required to talk for extended periods, hear, and comprehend.
    • Frequently required to stand, walk, use wrists, hands, fingers, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
    • Occasional lifting of office/event products and supplies up to 50 pounds.

    Qualifications:

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of the industry is a plus.
    • College degree is a plus, especially in
    Sales/Marketing/Business.

    • 5+ years of working knowledge and a successful track record in sales and marketing.
    • Flexibility for meetings or emergency response.
    • Ability to stay in the "oncall" mentality.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM Software.
    • Wellorganized with the ability to keep an updated calendar.
    • Ability to develop creative outofthebox solutions to problems.
    • Professional demeanor, language, and appearance.
    • Selfdirected learner with the initiative to diagnose learning needs, formulate learning goals, identify resources, choose and implement learning strategies, and evaluate knowledge.
    • Strong communication skills both internally and externally.
    • Clear communicator to customers and conscious of overpromising.
    • Ability to build solid longterm business relationships.
    • Empathic to the nature of the business and its customers.

    Work Environment:

    • Professional, fastpaced conditions, including office and field environments within assigned territory.
    • Prolonged sitting, standing, walking in the car, office, or event/job site.
    • Routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
