    Description

    Job Title: Parking Garage Cleaner at SP+

    Basic Function:
    Efficiently operate machine scrubbers, sweepers, and power washers to maintain cleanliness at parking garages and various job sites.


    Responsibilities:

    • Load and prepare pressure washing equipment on the truck.
    • Fill tanks with water and chemicals, ensuring proper heating.
    • Set up hoses and spray gun for the cleaning project.
    • Clean floors, walls, stairs, pavement, and parking garages diligently.
    • Dispose of waste water responsibly and comply with EPA regulations.
    • Maintain equipment, conduct quality inspections, and perform necessary repairs.
    • Wear appropriate safety gear during work.
    • Assist in landscaping and snow removal as necessary.

    Qualification Requirements:
    Graduation from high school or equivalent, with experience in operating pressure washing equipment.

    License Requirement:
    Must have a valid driver's license.

    Availability to Work:
    Flexibility for different shifts including weekends.

    Language Skills:
    Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

    Appearance:
    Maintain a professional and clean appearance.

    Physical Demands:
    Role involves physical activities and exposure to varying weather conditions.

    • Regularly perform bending, sitting, standing, walking, and lifting.
    • Occasionally kneel, climb, and lift heavy objects.
    • Always wear appropriate safety equipment.
