Delaware Valley Residential Care is currently seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain and promote a clean, safe, and secure environment for all residents, employees, and guests.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet.

(stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, & bonneting) areas that include offices, lobbies, entrances, stairways, resident rooms, and other common areas.

Ensure perfect working tools and equipment employed to execute high quality work.
Responsible for the cleaning of restrooms, lounges, corridors, hallways, stairways, and other workspaces of the campus while keeping the health and hygiene standardsRespond promptly to all housekeeping needsEnsure superior housekeeping standards in all residential areasComplete make-ready process of vacant resident apartmentsMaintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employeesQualifications:High School Diploma or GED, required6 months experience in Housekeeping/Environmental Services, preferredAbility to maintain a positive attitude and promote a positive environment for both team members and participantsAbility to work weekends and holidays as scheduledProven track record of timeliness and accountability
