- Collaborate with the Natural Language Processing team to ensure accurate and efficient data annotation.
- Evaluate data annotation tools to optimize productivity and accuracy.
- Design and/or review data annotation guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.
- Coordinate the preparation of training, testing, and validation datasets to support AI development.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in data annotation or related fields.
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Computational Linguistics or Natural Language Processing is a plus.
- Knowledge in various NLP areas such as text classification, NER, relationship detection, question-answering, machine translation, language modeling, automatic transcription, and dialogue systems.
- Experience in training machine learning models and neural networks.
- Familiarity with transformer-based language models such as BERT and GPT.
- Proficiency in Python programming is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
