    Job Title:
    Vice President of Digital Care

    The Vice President of Digital Care plays a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge digital clinics, starting with virtual chronic disease management. As a forward-thinker, you will lead the transformation of digital health strategies into operational successes. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will orchestrate the integration and expansion of digital care solutions across our network.

    Job Description:
    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

    Experience:

    • Over 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, emphasizing end-to-end management of healthcare services and projects.
    • Proven track record in navigating complex healthcare initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulations.
    • Expertise in leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch new services that meet patient needs and operational standards.
    • Demonstrated capacity to innovate and enhance care delivery, with a history of successful project implementations.
    • Experience in fostering partnerships with healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies to align services with patient needs.
    • Proficient in managing Electronic Medical Records systems, particularly Epic EMR, to optimize health outcomes.

    Knowledge:

    • Healthcare Operations and Management: Understand the intricacies of running healthcare operations efficiently.
    • Digital Health Systems and Technologies: Familiar with digital health systems and technologies, including telehealth platforms and EMR systems.
    • Project Management in Healthcare Technology: Knowledgeable about project management principles specific to healthcare technology deployments.
    • Regulatory Compliance and Healthcare Policy: Profound grasp of healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and compliance standards.
    • Stakeholder Engagement in Healthcare: Skilled in engaging with various stakeholders to align services with broader healthcare goals.

    This is a remote position available in multiple states across the country. The role requires travel within the Sutter Health footprint and adherence to Pacific Time working hours.

    Salary Range: $153.25 to $207.33 / hour. Non-California Pay Range: $137.93 to $186.61 / hour. Compensation is determined based on various factors, including experience, skills, and organizational needs. Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package as part of Sutter Health's total rewards program.
