- Ensure exceptional care for ProCraft's clients throughout the design process and showroom/office interactions.
- Resolve client order issues by investigating, solving problems, and providing recommendations to the Sales Manager.
- Create original renderings, sketches, and drawings for clients' projects.
- Design kitchens and bathrooms using 20/20 software from beginning to end.
- Participate in weekly Sales and Design Team meetings.
- Assist clients in product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Highlight product features based on customer needs and technical knowledge.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding prices, availability, and product usage.
- Negotiate prices, prepare sales agreements, and handle orders.
- Keep the Manager informed about escalated issues.
- Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Demonstrate excellent client service through clear communication.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate within a team to meet client needs efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Work well within a team and independently.
- Prior knowledge in cabinetry and 20/20 software is a plus.
