The Arrow Financial Corporation Family of Companies is looking for dynamic individuals to join their Deposit Services team as an ACH & Wire Specialist. If you have experience in prioritizing tasks, providing excellent customer service, and knowledge of NACHA rules, this opportunity may be a perfect fit for you.

• Process ACH origination, returns, exceptions, and reclamations accurately and in a timely manner
• Handle incoming and outgoing wire transfers efficiently
• Review and resolve exceptions promptly and according to policies
• Monitor electronic transactions for suspicious activities
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers

Requirements for Success:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of banking experience with knowledge of banking regulations
• Basic understanding of NACHA rules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods, and walk/stand briefly
• Usage of telephone, computer mouse, and keyboard
• Capability to lift/move up to 15 lbs

The salary for this position is $22.00 an hour, with additional compensation through profit-sharing bonuses based on performance.
