    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Assisting in cardiovascular lab procedures under physician's guidance.
    • Preparing procedure room and monitoring equipment.
    • Participating in staff meetings, training new staff, and maintaining instrument levels.
    • Participating in both invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.

    Education and Work Experience:

    • ARRT-R or Certified Cardiovascular Technologist (CCT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) required.
    • Prior experience in Cardiovascular Lab preferred.
    • Completion of cardiovascular technologist training program preferred.
    • BCLS (AHA) required, ACLS within 30 days of hire.
    • Proficiency in computer skills.
