Description

Customer Service Representative at Amentum

- Provide excellent customer service to claimants, authorized representatives, attorneys, and the general public in multiple languages contacting the VCF for assistance with the claims process.

- Assist callers with filing claims, provide information on VCF policies, explain claim status, offer technical support for online claims system, and more.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on the claimant portal and collaborate with the Claims Management System (CMS) team for testing and improvement.

- Record all interactions with claimants or representatives in CMS following standard operating procedures.

- Effectively manage call queue to ensure timely response to claim inquiries.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required.

- Minimum one year experience in customer support or high call volume environment preferred.

- Ability to work both independently and in a team, handle detailed work accurately under pressure.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining complex issues clearly and empathetically.

- Proficient in typing and using various applications simultaneously, including MS Access and Excel.

- US Citizenship required for MRPT facility credentials/authorization.
