    Description
    $6,000 sign on bonus for fulltime nurses hours a week); sign on bonus is paid out in monthly installments for two full years after passing 90 days of employment. $3,000 Sign on for parttime nurses

    Employee referral bonus up to $2500 for referred nurses through 5/31/2024

    Rate Range dependent on years of experience

    _Responsibilities_

    • Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
    • Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
    • Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
    • Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
    • Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

    _To join this team, please have the following requirements:_

    • Must possess an active, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Massachusetts.
    • Covid vaccination required
