    This department typically works Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.

    Summary: The Coordinator will assist the Manager with the day to day operations of the department. They will be the liaison between the Client, our card vendor, and internal departments to ensure product implementation and system programming are completed. The Coordinator also provides support by monitoring key reports. There is client support that is also provided in the form of product training, conflict resolution, account research, exception reporting and documentation requests.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Work closely with clients, Commercial Card Manager, Treasury Management Sales Officers, Business Bankers and our internal departments to complete the set-up of new Card Programs. This includes, but not limited to, the pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation of new client set-ups, revisions, or deletions to products and services.
    • Work closely with Commercial Card Manager on daily review of CRM and Rownet Reporting.
    • Review customer spend report. Post monthly rebate to client accounts.
    • Provide research on our client database to help department manager with strategy initiatives and additional projects as needed.
    • Communicate with customers by phone or email to effectively resolve questions, problems, or follow up regarding the implementation of Commercial Card programs.
    • Learn and train our customers on platform for Commercial Card online use.
    • Communicate and build relationships with our third party vendors.
    • Process bad debt charge offs in conjunction with Collections recovery efforts
    • Review and process charge offs for fraudulent activity
    • Work with Accounting to confirm all monetary activity including rebate
    • Review and process minimum activity fees
    • Order new plastics as well as make informational changes in the system
    • Research and provide solutions for card declines
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Computer skills: Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Customer service experience
    • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
    • Ability to continue work flow with frequent interruptions
    • Highly detail oriented
    • Able to prioritize and change direction quickly based on sense of urgency
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • High school diploma
    • Must be detail oriented, well-organized and have the ability to work independently and consistently
    • Customer service experience is required; previous banking experience preferred
    Internal Pay Level 6
