    Job Description:

    This role focuses on increasing Dealer cars sold using OVE and Manheim Express by engaging Buyers and Sellers through various communication channels like phone, email, or other electronic means.

    The OVE Sales Representative will leverage prior sales and customer service achievements to establish and nurture relationships with Manheim clients.

    Working closely with Location based and Field Sales Teams is essential to meet or surpass customer expectations.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
    • Contact Bidders/Sellers to ensure awareness of offers and facilitate transactions
    • Promote referrals from Field Sales, Dealer Services, and Dealer Concierges for buyers interested in specific inventory
    • Analyze location data to identify sales opportunities
    • Prioritize tasks for maximum transaction volume
    • List units on OVE platform for clients
    • Guide sellers on pricing strategies to enhance sales
    • Sell ECR's
    • Collaborate with location marketing team to boost OVE visibility
    • Train Dealers/Sellers for effective online vehicle sales
    • Manage units sold on OVE

    Qualifications:
    High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.

    The ideal candidate may possess a different mix, e.g., any degree/certification beyond HS diploma/GED in a related field; or 5 years' experience in a related field. Demonstrated track record of 2-5 years in sales and service; automotive, auction, internet sales/service expertise is beneficial. Understanding of used vehicles, damage assessments, and valuations is advantageous. Highly motivated to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Ability to excel in a dynamic environment. Independent worker with strong self-motivation. Excellent people skills, teamwork, customer service, and problem-solving capabilities. Proficient in written and verbal communication. Skilled in using Internet and MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Ability to work autonomously, manage time efficiently, and pay attention to details. A team player with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external customers. Digital Champion for the location. Perform other duties as assigned by management.


    Compensation:

    Hourly pay rate is $42.40. The hourly rate may vary within the expected range based on the role's location and the candidate's experience. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $12,000.00.


    Benefits:

    Employees are entitled to a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off per month and seven paid holidays annually. Additional paid time off includes bereavement leave, time off for voting, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
