Job Description:
We're looking for a dedicated and people-centric Senior Success Coach to work with graduate and undergraduate students. In this role, you'll engage students in meaningful ways to motivate them towards realizing their potential. Building positive relationships, setting goals, and overcoming obstacles are key aspects of this position. The Senior Success Coach collaborates with team members, handles student caseloads efficiently, and contributes to advancing the Success Center's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in advising, recruitment, retention, or related student services. One year of success coaching experience preferred.
