- You must prepare equipment, monitor inventory, maintain cleanliness of procedure room and work area.
- You are expected to render patient care in a professional and courteous manner. Explain all procedures to the patient. Performs physical assessment by checking IV's, catheters, tubing, etc.
- You will assist the radiologist in administering medications and contrast agents intravenously.
- You are responsible for maintaining sterile technique during Interventional Radiology procedures.
- Real-time review of scans for technical accuracy (i.e. technical quality, correct anatomical positioning, annotation, etc...).
- You must complete verification process in PACS in a timely manner.
- Graduate of an AMA approved program.
- Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Ability to perform Interventional Procedures.
- You are able to effectively communicate and manage within a service line environment.
- Two years of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
