    Company: PSEG Long Island

    Salary Range: $114,500 - $188,100

    Incentive: PIP 15%

    Work Location: Remote Local

    PSEG Long Island is looking for a skilled and experienced individual to join their team as a Senior IT Security Technical Lead. This role involves performing IT security tasks, providing guidance to the team, and aligning cybersecurity goals with overall business and IT strategies.     Job Summary

    This position requires a hands-on technical lead who will be responsible for maintaining systems, aligning cybersecurity objectives with broader business strategies, and overseeing remediation activities to address deficiencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include:

    • Define cybersecurity management approach and roadmap
    • Oversee the cyber champions program
    • Establish and maintain a NIST CSF maturity program
    • Align cybersecurity strategy with regulatory requirements
    • Respond to cyber-related audits and information requests

    Job Specific Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant cyber security experience
    • Experience with Cyber strategy development
    • Technical experience in information, data, network, and computer security
    • Experience with key information security technologies
