• Location: Augusta, GA 30906
• Salary: $40-50/hr

Join our Augusta team as a Home Infusion Nurse, providing compassionate care and expert infusion services to patients in their own homes.

• Deliver exceptional at-home infusion care to patients in Augusta, focusing on personalized treatment.
• Administer and manage IVIG and other specialized infusion treatments.
• Conduct ongoing patient health assessments, adapting treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all treatment activities in EMR, adhering to healthcare compliance.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain and manage infusion equipment, upholding high standards of care.
• Educate patients and their families on infusion therapies and overall health management.

• Nursing degree with substantial experience as an RN, or relevant experience as an IV Certified LVN/LPN.
• Valid RN license in Georgia.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Available for local travel within the Atlanta area.
• Proficiency in using EMR and other healthcare software.
• Commitment to providing care in the community.

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Temporary.
• Schedule: Day shift, includes weekends.
• Pay: $40-50/hr, based on experience.
