We are seeking a Portfolio Program Manager to join the Seller & Listing (S&L)Governance team focused on enhancing the e-commerce experience through effective cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric process optimization.
Responsibilities - Facilitate the prioritization and planning processes to ensure S&L Governance OKRs and cascading initiatives are accurately represented, implemented and delivered on time.- Serve as a catalyst and facilitator of the S&L Governance policy development and implementation lifecycle, enable the collaboration and coordination required to ensure successful implementation and evaluation.- Facilitate cross-team and cross-departmental communication for S&L Governance initiatives.
