- Manage front desk duties including scheduling, greeting patients, and optimizing patient flow using Zenoti software.
- Prepare treatment rooms, conduct wellness procedures such as PÜR Scan, PÜR Light, and PÜR Wave, and ensure readiness of equipment.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, enhancing the patient experience with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Educate patients on the benefits of our modalities and treatments, operating with empathy and a deep understanding of their efficacy and regenerative capabilities.
- Collaborate with the medical and operations team to streamline patient experiences and understand patient pathways and membership prospects.
- Certified Medical Assistant.
- Experienced in phlebotomy, aesthetics, or similar clinical roles.
- CPR or BLS Certification.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Zenoti or similar healthcare management software is preferred.
- A personable, outgoing personality with a passion for healthcare and wellness.
