All candidates must possess an active high-level security clearance requiring an investigative screening exam and meet the minimum job requirements for the position. For this role, we are not considering clearable or eligible applicants. All provided information will be verified. A security background check is mandatory, and prior clearance will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

- Implement and oversee data management procedures for classified and unclassified program and project information as outlined by the Program Data Manager.
- Leverage available automated data management tools to support data management activities.
- Establish and maintain the Data Management (DM) Plan and structure for the program.
- Coordinate documentation schedules with the PM and report on DM status, results, and metrics.
- Aid in defining database design and management standards and document new and existing systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with users to ensure data repositories meet their needs and communicate updates to all users.
- Assist in implementing methods to enhance processing, distribution, and database editing procedures.
- Troubleshoot record-related issues and ensure the validity of data.
- Monitor and maintain databases, restructuring as necessary.
- Ensure database access and connectivity support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in information systems with a focus on database administration or data management.
Seven (7) years of proven experience in data management.
Experience in implementing document management processes and software applications.
Understanding of DoD 5000 acquisition process, C4ISR/DoDAF documentation requirements, and DoD record keeping processes.
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, three (3) additional years of related experience are acceptable.
