- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications under the direction of an Application Manager
- Design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within the portfolio and/or service line
- Work with business owners, vendors, and ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests
- Support applications such as ADT (Grand Central) and Prelude
- Hold required certifications to support applications
- Knowledge of multiple areas of focus in application specialty areas
- Ability to research, analyze, and synthesize data for decision-making
- Detail-oriented with excellent probing skills
- Manage multiple tasks and work well in a team
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Remain calm in difficult situations and possess strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in information systems technology and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in system workflow analysis and design
- Bachelor's Degree in health care information technology, computer science, or related area
- Three years of experience in a healthcare-related organization
