    ShelfGenie está buscando un socio de instalación que ya sea un artesano experimentado. Esta es una excelente oportunidad para carpinteros, remodeladores de cocinas/baños y personal de mantenimiento que buscan trabajo adicional.

    Los instaladores de ShelfGenie trabajan en estrecha colaboración con el diseñador/vendedor de ShelfGenie para ayudar a garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.


    Cree su propio horario:
    le traemos los clientes que compran.

    A partir de ahí, los instaladores de ShelfGenie programan citas de medición e instalación que se ajustan a la disponibilidad del cliente.


    Capacitación y soporte:
    cada instalador se somete a una capacitación inicial para garantizar los estándares de instalación de la marca. Oportunidades de desarrollo profesional disponibles de forma continua.

    Compensación:
    a los instaladores se les paga un porcentaje de cada trabajo instalado.

    Si bien no existe una garantía de ingresos por hora, las ganancias promedio son de $30 a $60 por hora.

    Los instaladores más rápidos y experimentados pueden superar los $100/hora.


    Responsabilidades:

    • Reciba alertas de empleo por correo electrónico y programe una cita con el cliente
    • Subir medidas al sistema del portal informático
    • Inspeccione los productos por calidad
    • Tome medidas precisas y cárguelas en el sistema del portal informático
    • Recibir e inspeccionar productos para garantizar la calidad.
    • Instale estanterías Glide-Out en la casa del cliente a satisfacción del cliente
    • Interactuar con los clientes de una manera profesional y amigable.
    • Seguir las normas y reglamentos de seguridad establecidos y mantener un entorno seguro y limpio.

    Calificaciones:

    • Experiencia previa como manitas/mantenimiento general
    • Licencias y seguros estatales necesarios
    • Valorar la importancia del servicio al cliente
    • Confiable, profesional, rápido, motivado, organizado y ejercita una buena gestión del tiempo.
    • Transporte hacia y desde el lugar de trabajo
    • Conocimiento de las normas y reglamentos de seguridad en el lugar de trabajo (OSHA)
    • Conocimiento de métodos, herramientas y equipos utilizados en carpintería.
