- Coordinate the testing of business process key controls (GCS testing) with key stakeholders in the ANZ BU
- Consolidate and report GCS testing results and related action plans to the Sector control team with guidance from Internal Controls Manager
- Review Corporate Audit remediation plans and implementation to ensure they effectively mitigate the risk as described in the audit finding
- Facilitate the risk assessment process as led by the business process owners and partner with the business to keep control activity attributes updated
- Liaise between the ANZ business and Sector team to facilitate the remediation of SAP configurable control deficiencies
- Support the Internal Controls Manager on GCS awareness and education across the ANZ BU
- Review and coordinate with ANZ business the SOD exceptions from Sectors monthly SOD Analytics Report and help design mitigating activities for any identified open significant SAP segregation of duty (SoD) Risk
- Act as a risk / controls expert to the ANZ BU business; provide advice on risk remediation and control effectiveness and updating where appropriate
- Facilitate the review and update with the business process owners of the ANZ Delegation of Authority (DoA)
- Assist the business in the review of key financial policies for appropriateness / alignment
- Knowledge of COSO Framework and application
- 5-8 years progressive experience in internal or external audit
- Ability to effectively prioritize requests from all levels of an organization
- Facilitation skills (e.g., how to conduct a risk assessment)
- Benchmarking capability to drive standardization and create efficiency
- Ability to build consensus across a matrix organization
- Leadership capability
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
