    Responsibilities:
    • Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and minimize costs.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with construction projects and develop proactive strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
    • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and craftsmanship, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
    • Budget and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and expenditures closely to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
    • Safety Compliance: Prioritize and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of safety consciousness among all project stakeholders.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, schedules, and reports, providing timely updates and progress reports to clients and senior management as required.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the construction department, implementing best practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in construction project management, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Sound understanding of construction contracts, regulations, and legal requirements.

    • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) and/or construction-related certifications (e.g., LEED AP, CCM) is a plus.

    Pay: $135, $145,000.00/ Year
