    Overview:

    Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and conducting due diligence investigations. The role involves assessing customer risk, producing financial intelligence, and analyzing cases related to the Payments business.

    Responsibilities:

    • Promotes a culture of risk awareness and compliance.
    • Oversees (sub)merchant applications to ensure adherence to policies.
    • Conducts KYC, CDD, EDD, CRR reviews on customers.
    • Performs investigations to identify beneficial owners.
    • Utilizes investigative techniques to assess risks.
    • Communicates with internal and external partners.
    • Submits RFIs for additional information.
    • Alerts management of suspicious findings.
    • Adheres to regulatory deadlines and internal policies.
    • Supports diversity and maintains a safe work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrates knowledge of state and federal regulations.
    • Analytical mindset with investigative approach.
    • Detail-oriented with high curiosity and risk awareness.
    • Strong Excel, writing, and mathematical skills.
    • Thorough understanding of macroeconomic theory.
    • Exceptional communication and data analysis skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of three years of BSA/AML/OFAC experience.
    • Preferred certifications: CAMS, CFE, CFCS.
    • Experience in the banking industry is a plus.
    • Practical knowledge of Payment Network rules and regulations.

    Salary Range: $66,000.00 USD; Final salary based on education, experience, skills, and market data alignment.
