- Manage various HR technology platforms to ensure optimal function.
- Platform applications within scope are:
- Workday (Core HCM, Security, Recruiting, Compensation, Advance Compensation, Talent Management, Learning, Absence, Reporting)
- HR Farm (custom web applications)
- Kronos Time Tracking and Absence for hourly, non-exempt workforce
- Service Now (Tier 0 Portal, including Microsites and Knowledge Base and Tier 1 Services)
- Other system capabilities
- Define and enforce system configuration principles across platforms.
- Lead governance activities on platforms and/or processes in scope of team.
- Drive internal capability improvement through agile releases.
- Collect, prioritize, and execute stakeholder requests related to technology platforms.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholder groups to deliver capabilities.
- Manage HRIS team to achieve objectives.
- Lead HRIS compliance activities, including audits and corporate initiatives.
- Manage vendor contracts and relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, HR or related field
- 7+ years of HRIS Solution Delivery Experience
- 5+ Years of Technical Configuration and/or Technical Systems Development Experience
- 5+ Years of Technical experience and process knowledge on HRIS System Platforms
- 3+ Years of Experience managing resources (employees or vendors)
- 5+ years in Workday - Expert knowledge in at least 3 domain areas (comp, talent, security, recruiting, etc.)
- 3+ years in HRSD ServiceNow doing technology delivery (requirements, config, delivery, etc.)
- 2+ years associated with Kronos (understanding of Time Off and Leave in Production environments)
- Security and audit controls experience and knowledge
- Must be able to work with highly sensitive data and exercise good judgement based on internal/external applicable rules and external regulations
- Travel: Willingness to occasionally travel both domestically and internationally.
- Office work environment: Remote work available once a week for eligible employees
- 10% to 20% of Work Time is required outside of local time zone to collaborate with EMEA and Asia.

As the Manager, HRIS you will be part of the Global HRIS team that has responsibility for HR Technology platforms used at SCJ including Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, and other systems. Your primary responsibilities include Internal Consulting, Implementation, Solution Development, Testing, Process Understanding, and any other aspects needed for successful process and technology system delivery to our internal SCJ clients. You will also participate in Release Management, Vendor Support, Maintenance, and Support. This has a global impact in 60+ countries where SCJ has employees and operates. You will have formal and informal people management responsibility.
