    The Manager - Retail Strategy is responsible for remotely motivating and influence store teams in our more geographically isolated doors to sell Hourglass Cosmetics by educating and coaching about the product and brand, while strategizing education initiatives to elevate our remote door strategy. This manager will lead Remote Door Program education strategy while building and maintaining store relationships through consistent, open, and data-driven communication with Leadership and Store Selling Teams.

    **WHAT YOU DO:**

    Remotely deliver sales support and virtual education that makes a meaningful, lasting impact on store sales and productivity for all doors in your territory within the Hourglass Remote Door Program (RDP)

    Accountability for sales figures and goals for your virtual sales territory

    Create brand-elevating and customer-centric education plans and strategies that drive profitable business growth and build brand awareness in remote doors

    Support the development, production, and execution of the overarching education strategy and retailer programming for RDP

    Support asset creation, curriculum development and education plans in partnership with cross-functional teams and help brief and create collateral for RDP

    Establish relationships and communicate regularly with retail partner management teams to discuss brand performance and initiatives to surpass sales objectives in each door

    Develop and execute programs to motivate doors that do not receive in-store support

    Follow company budget parameters and careful use of company resources to achieve end goals

    **QUALIFICATIONS**

    4-6 years experience in sales and education within the beauty industry

    Bachelors degree

    Superior training and motivational abilities

    Analysis of sales results, sales forecasts and promotional impact

    Passion for product, specifically cosmetics and skincare

    Proven track record in creating and executing education initiatives

    Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

    Adaptable, resourceful and forward thinking

    Exhibit effective communication skills with retailers, peers and management

    Experience in working with MS Word and Excel

    Experience working within Sephora and Ulta environments a plus
