    Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is a leading legal advisor specializing in technology, life sciences, and other evolving businesses globally.     Position: Experienced Paralegal

    We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Salt Lake City office in close collaboration with our legal team working on both private and public companies.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Assist in preparing routine documents like incorporation papers, board actions, and various agreements.
    • Manage stock and option administration tasks.
    • Conduct legal research and prepare necessary filings.
    • Support in various financial transactions like venture capital funding and mergers.
    • Correspond with stakeholders, directors, and investors.
    • Assist in due diligence and closing activities.
    • Handle daily corporate maintenance tasks and organize records.
    • Input daily time entries accurately.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate.
    • Prior experience in a corporate law firm preferred.
    • Proficiency in Office suite, particularly Excel.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a team.
    • Strong communication and prioritization skills.

    This position is primarily based in Salt Lake City with a variable base pay depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors.

    The compensation may include overtime and a performance-based year-end bonus. We offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
