Job Title: PLC Developer

Location: Elkton, MD

Job Description:

• 7–10 years of PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley Logix)
• 5 years of HMI/SCADA design experience (FactoryTalk View)
• Experience in Keyence/vision system
• Knowledge of common industrial networks (EtherNet/IP)
• Knowledge of VFDs and common system interfaces
• The ability to read process & instrumentation drawings is a plus.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams.
• Ability to read logic diagrams.
• Ability to diagram using CAD software.
• Low-voltage electrical design & layout are a plus.
• Strong electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Team player who can adapt well to engineering standards

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Expertise in Rockwell Controls and Cognex/Keyence Vision System
• Expertise in conducting Validation Protocols – IQ/OQ/PQ
• Expertise in Machine/Equipment Controls
• 10+ years of experience is also fine
• 21CFR Part 11 Knowledge is a must
