This role is located at our Sturgis, MI facility within the Abbott Nutrition division. The Nutrition division designs science-based nutrition products for individuals of all ages, catering to growth in infants, children, and overall adult well-being. What You'll Work On
The Microbiology Lab Supervisor oversees the results of a single shift in a 7-day, multi-shift lab operation. Responsibilities include coordinating team activities to meet key performance metrics in areas such as Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Quality, Finance, Productivity, and People.
You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with FDA, OSHA, and Abbott guidelines and procedures.
