Position Responsibilities

• Lead Ulines human resources operations for 200+ employees in warehouse, facilities and office roles.
• Collaborate with leadership on recruitment and retention strategies, performance management and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and matters of corrective action.
• Help manage local organizational structure, roles, responsibilities and staffing levels.
• Communicate and administer company benefits, leave and compensation plans.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 7+ years of HR and recruiting experience, including 2 - 3 years management experience. PHR certification preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Workday knowledge a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of federal and Ohio state labor and employment laws.
• Skilled in high-growth recruitment strategies. Experience in a warehouse / distribution and shift environment strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
• MUST be available to travel for an extended period for initial training at Ulines other North American locations.
