    The Therapist performs clinical services including assessment, service plan development, case coordination, counseling, reviews and signs clinical documents as a Behavioral Health Professional, and act as a clinical consultant to treatment team as directed.

    This is an in-person position at an outpatient clinic.


    Clinic locations:
    Craycroft - 5th & Craycroft area
    Lakeside - Golf Links & Pantano area
    Mesquite - Grant & Stone area


    Hiring Bonus for unlicensed Therapists:
    $500 – to be paid as soon as administratively feasible after approximately 30 calendar days of successful employment (which must include completion of New Employee Orientation).

    Hiring bonus for licensed Therapists

    $2000 for Independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), then $2000 at 6 months if meeting productivity
    $1000 for Associate license (LMSW, LAC, LAMFT), then $1000 at 6 months if meeting productivity


    Starting Pay:
    $48,000 annualized (for unlicensed Therapist)
    $54,000 annualized (Associate Level Therapist)
    $70,000 annualized (Independent Level Therapist)


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Master's degree from an accredited college in a behavioral health field.

    At time of hire, must be actively engaged in the process of becoming licensed in an appropriate discipline (counseling, marriage and family therapy or social work) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.

    Must be licensed within six (6) months of hire.


    Preferred Qualifications:


    Licensed in an appropriate discipline (counseling, social work, or family & marriage therapy) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.

    Additional Requirements:


    Must be 21 years of age (licensure and automobile insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ driver's license with a "clean" or "acceptable" driving record.

    Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
