In this role, it will be imperative to partner with key stakeholders across the NSM enterprise to monitor and evaluate the underwriting profitability and drive profitable growth for all commercial P&C programs at NSM.

You will serve as a strategic resource for program directors and underwriting teams to help position them for success.

Hybrid position, located at the Conshohocken, PA Home Office.

Cultivate and foster relationships with carrier partners through continuous multiple touchpoints which include face to face, video conference, audits, and phone contacts.

Oversee Program Underwriting Training and Development.
Analyze program premium and loss results through use of Power BI and other tools available.
Facilitate corrective actions or opportunities from analysis.
Minimum 10 years of commercial underwriting experience, with significant leadership experience.
Superior skills in data analysis to determine performance trends and program deficiencies.
Experience in building and maintaining strong business relationships.

Willingness to travel and attend key insurance industry conferences and networking events to represent NSM.
