Position Overview: We are currently seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our caring and dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional in-home care, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety of clients.
• Administer medications under the direction of healthcare professionals.
• Support clients in maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical and emotional condition.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
