- Building and maintaining positive relationships with key contracted providers
- Conducting tailored provider orientation sessions and educational visits
- Collaborating with other managed care entities to simplify provider requirements
- Implementing strategies to improve provider performance
- Assisting with credentialing processes and resolving quality issues
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Three to five years experience in a Provider Services role
- Experience in managed care or health insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of Plan policies and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects
- Valid drivers license, automobile insurance, registration, and reliable transportation required
- Must reside in or near Region 4 (Lafayette, LA)
- 100% remote position with occasional statewide travel
