- Oversee corporate capital, overhead, and government-funded project schedules and budgets utilizing Maximo.
- Manage the design and provide support for construction activities using CAD software programs such as MicroStation and Project Wise.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, internal customers, and A&E's to ensure projects are cost-effective, within budget, and meet design criteria.
- Create Statements of Work (SOWs), cost estimates, and budgets.
- Develop and update project schedules.
- Prepare reports, drawings, and specifications for various projects.
- Make independent recommendations and design decisions.
- Provide technical review for design and construction documents.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Manage changes in project scope.
- Analyze utility systems' capacity/demand and plan for growth needs.
- Offer technical support to the Facilities and Maintenance organization.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for funding requests alignment with program goals.
- Identify project risks and take actions to reduce impacts.
- Lead or support studies for current or upcoming programs/projects.
- Deliver briefings to customers and project teams as needed.
