- Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, email, social media, and other channels.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, and provide ongoing feedback to drive continuous improvement and success.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted messaging and campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.
- Ensure the consistent use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to review progress, discuss challenges, and share best practices.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new BDRs as needed to expand the team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt outreach strategies and optimize results.
- Identify relevant contacts in target accounts and use ABM strategies to prospect and identify new contacts.

As the BDR Team Leader at Rhapsody, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Business Development Representatives.
