    Join our Team as a General Manager at a Luxury Fitness Studio in Jacksonville, FL

    A well-known luxury fitness company is on the lookout for exceptional talent to enhance our team. We are currently in search of an Assistant Studio Manager who can steer our studio towards success.

    ROLE: As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio operations, from sales to daily functioning.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2+ years of experience in fitness sales or a related field is highly preferred
    • Skilled in personal sales generation and managing Sales Representatives
    • Adept at handling various revenue streams such as memberships and retail
    • Prior experience in leadership or supervision is an advantage
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in-person and on the phone
    • Solution-oriented, results-driven, with a competitive edge
    • Capability to identify areas for enhancement and implement changes using sound judgment
    • A genuine passion for fitness
    • Strong writing and grammar abilities
    • Highly organized, proficient in data management, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
    • Professional, punctual, reliable, and maintains a neat and organized work ethic
    • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
    • Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion
    • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and the public
    • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with Studio software
    • College Degree is a plus

    *This is a full-time role. The candidate must have the flexibility to work varied schedules including nights and weekends.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and networking initiatives
    • Establish and execute sales strategies to schedule prospects for introductory classes
    • Drive membership and retail sales
    • Manage the staff schedule efficiently
    • Supervise the Sales Representatives
    • Recruit and oversee all instructors at the studio
    • Independently handle decisions related to top-tier customer service
    • Ensure the studio is consistently clean and well-organized
    • Enforce studio policies and procedures
    • Coordinate and engage in networking/community events and studio promotions
    • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads
    • Perform any additional tasks as delegated
