- Assist in care planning and treatments for residents under the supervision of RN
- Demonstrate necessary skills for caring for residents on assigned unit
- Ensure nursing practice complies with State and Federal regulations
- Document care provided and communicate changes in resident status
- Review referrals for consultation, treatment, or problem resolution
- Pursue professional growth and maintain competency
- Establish and enforce goals and policies in line with FutureCare's mission
- Active LPN license in Maryland
- 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Prior experience in acute or long-term healthcare settings advantageous
- Team player with strong work ethic and CPR certification
- Effective communication skills with staff, residents, and families
