Full time and part time positions available

**HIRING LOCATION: ARTISAN RESTAURANT** in Fountain Valley

**Key Responsibilities**

Cook and assemble menu items quickly, efficiently, and focused on detail and quality

Performs routine preparation according to established operational policies and procedures

Assist in ensuring a clean, safe and well-organized work space (kitchen and storage) and restaurant

Prepare and set up stations and kitchen area for service

Follow food and restaurant safety standards and guidelines

Attention to detail in food/service quality and cleanliness

Ensure that products are prepared according to company specifications and local health regulations

Follow our Safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc. (first in, first out)

Communicate effectively and proactively with management and team members

Perform all work related tasks as assigned by your supervisor

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

2 years experience in a fast paced kitchen preferred

Eager to learn new skills and grow in the position

Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude

Have a focus on quality and providing excellent service

Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals

Ability to receive and build upon constructive criticism in a professional manner

Ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures

Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

**Physical Requirements**

Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and walking

Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs
