- Oversee and lead the Bridge Design discipline for the region
- Forecast and develop staff to align with business growth projections
- Implement policies to enhance project delivery
- Focus on reducing project delivery costs for competitiveness
- Attend client meetings and provide technical expertise support
- Act as a technical advisor on various projects
- Contribute to proposals and Project Management Plans
- Lead on portions of complex projects
- Strengthen relationships with clients and teams

- Bachelor's degree from accredited program; Master's degree or PhD preferred
- 12+ years of experience in bridge design or structural engineering projects
- Registered PE in respective states, or ability to obtain in six months; SE preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles
- Experience with various design codes and software
- Bridge inspection and design experience preferred
- Leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects
