    Jefferson Consulting Group (JCG), an

    award-winning woman-owned small business, in their search for a

    Human Capital Consultant. In this role, you'll bring expertise in

    workforce planning to support the Maritime Administration (MARAD), under the US

    Department

    of Transportation. You will lead

    projects, oversee

    human capital data analysis, develop

    project monitoring frameworks, participate in

    strategy sessions, and collaborate with senior

    administration on enhancing management and leadership

    capabilities. Your responsibilities will also involve generating evidence-based reports with recommendations.

    As a team lead, you will engage with senior Government officials on intricate human capital matters, tackling

    strategic initiatives such as workforce programs, data analysis, and talent development strategies.

    Key requirements for this role include a deep understanding of Federal Human Resource/Human Capital Management laws and policies, proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools like Oracle and Power Bi. A Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field, along with at least six (6) years of experience, is a must.
