    Description
    Project Manager I/II - Infrastructure Services (IS)
    Hybrid (2-3 times/week) in DC or San Diego, CA OR Charleston, SC


    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Provide project management support to the Infrastructure Services (IS) within Department of the Navy.
    • Managing information technology related infrastructure projects from cradletograve including
    cost, schedule, and performance.

    • Reporting on project metrics to clients and working as part of a crossfunctional team to delivery infrastructure solutions.
    • Support the development of statements of objectives (SOO) to meet Government requirements and support the review of vendor proposals within infrastructure services project areas.
    • Manage projects using a combination of traditional project management & Agile methodology

    Qualifications:

    • Experience with the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) lifecycle and information technology operations.
    • Experience with planning, scheduling, coordinating, and delivering IT projects.
    • Experience with developing program baselines and identifying program risks.
    • Knowledge of technical concepts, best practices, and developing client solutions.
    • Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams.
    • Previous experience with ServiceNow is a bonus.
